MY TRIP TO WORTHING

Hi everybody!

Today, I'm going to talk you about my trip to Worthing, a village of England.
This summer I had decided that I'll go to England to improve my English, but I wanted to go with one friend, because it will be my first time to go out of my country to learn English, and I didn't want to go without knowing anyone.
This has been a problem, because not everybody can spend that quantity of money, so almost in June, I thought that I won't go to England this summer, but suddenly, one of my basketball mates, told me if I wanted to go with her to Worthing, a village situated at the south east of England, and I obviously said yes.

We took the plane to go there the 3rd of July, at Valencia's Airport, Alicia (my basketball mate) and me went with another 9 students. We were so excited and nervous. First, we didn't know each other, but after two or three days, we were like usual friends.

The first day we were in Worthing, our host families pick us up from  the train station, and we all went to see the houses that we were going to stay the three next weeks.
Then, we sleep there, and the 2nd day we made a city tour to see the more important places in Worthing and after that, we went to the Worthing School to make a level test.

This picture was taken in Oxford
The next 3 weeks, we had everyday in the morning we had 1'30h of English lessons, after a break of 30 minutes, and another 1'30h of lessons. Then we had to go to have dinner, and after that depending on the day, we had sports afternoon, excursion, or country day except Saturdays and Sundays because on Saturday we had a full day excursion and on Sunday we had family day, we had to stay with our host family and make activities with them. It was a good way to keep speaking English and keep improving it.

We went to many famous places in England like the Arundel Castle, the Chichester Cathedral, Brighton, or big cities like London or Oxford on our full day excursions. In London, we went to visit the Buckingham Palace, the Big Ben, the London Eye, even we went on a trip by the River Thames and by boat. I had so much fun with my friends visiting all the places. In Oxford we went to visit Oxford University, it was huge, we were almost like in a village! And finally we went to the dinning room of Harry Potter movie.

I really liked the experience, even I think next year I will repeat but to another place, maybe U.S.A...who knows?
I did a lot of good friends from Spain and also from another countries, I really recomend this experience.

This picture was the last day of class, with our teacher.

Today I'm going to talk you about a TV series called 2 Broke Girls, and I liked it very much so that's the reason why I want to talk about it.

2 Broke Girls is an American comedy TV series that was created by Michael Patrick King and Whitney Cummings.
The first episode was released on September 19th, 2011, after Two and a Half Men, and now it has 6 seasons (119 episodes) but the 6th season now only has 3 episodes.
The series is about the lives of two waitresses in their mid-twenties: Max Black, the daughter of a poor working-class mother and an unknown father, and Caroline Channing, who was born rich but now is penniless because her father, Martin Channing, got caught in a corruption case.
Both of them work together at a restaurant situated in Brookling, and they become roommates and friends while they try to achieve their dream of opening a cupcake shop.
At the restaurant also work with them: their boss, Han Lee; Oleg, an upbeat but perverted Ukrainian chef; and Earl, a 75-year-old cashier.

MY CHRISTMAS

Hi everybody and Happy New Year!!

Today I'm going to tell you about my christmas holidays. I did a lot of things, and I'm going to talk about some of them.
I went to Claudia's birthday party, we went to Heron City, there we did a lot of things like talk with Santa Claus, he was really funny, and when the time to go to have dinner arrived, we went to Tommy Mel's, we had a really good time.
Another day, I went with my best friend to ice skating like every christmas, and then we went shoping.
At New Year's Eve I was with my family, my aunts and my cousins, and we did a lot of things like singing, dancing...and of course, at 00:00h we ate the 12 grapes. I had a lot of fun.
I also had a lot of family lunches: in Christmas' Eve, in Christmas, in New Year...
Finally, I would like to say that such as I was a good person, Santa and the Three Wise Man brought me a lot of presents like a proffesional camera, clothes, money, shoes or books. Did you hear to talk about the book called "An Ember In The Ashes"? In my opinion is a really good book, and if you like the Hunger Games or Divergent, you should read it.
